- Alabama
- Arkansas
- Florida
- Georgia
- Kentucky
- Louisiana
- Mississippi
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
- Tennessee
- Virginia
Our charter also allows you to be a member-owner if you are:
- Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the electric utilities industry in any of the states listed above
- Members of their immediate family or household
- Spouses of persons who passed away while within our field of membership
- Organizations of such persons
