Using our Direct Deposit service is the easiest way to make sure your paycheck or other monthly payments go safely, securely and directly into your designated OTGF account(s). However, when you do receive a paper check, you can still securely deposit it to your account without having to visit a branch or hassle with making the deposit via “snail mail.”
Once you’ve downloaded our mobile app, log into your account using your smartphone or tablet. Then, take a picture of your check and tell us what account you’d like to deposit it into. What could be easier than that?

NOTE: If you have problems taking a picture of a check, try turning your device off and opening the app again. Make sure you are in good light without glare or shadows and the check is against a good background. Lighter colored checks work best against a dark background.

Certain limitations apply. This is a much better option than ATM or shared branch check deposits because we get access to review them, allowing us to remove check holds faster than shared branch deposits. We do not remove ATM deposit holds early. Daily deposits by Remote Check Deposit are limited to $15,000.
