Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act of 2003 (FACT)
The FACT Act required credit unions to notify members of any negative information the credit union furnishes to a consumer-reporting agency. Therefore, we may report information about your account(s) to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account(s) may be reflected in your credit report.
